These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS messaging service offered by Shrimpys Property Services LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) via our website https://powerwashingbradenton.com and associated mobile communications. By opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
We offer SMS / text message communications (via a 10-digit long code number) to deliver appointment reminders, registration confirmations, promotional alerts, and marketing messages to consenting mobile device numbers.
a. You affirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
b. You expressly consent to receive recurring and/or one-time text messages from us at that number.
c. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
d. You may receive up to ten messages per month
You may cancel/terminate the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” (or “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “END,” etc.) to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP”, you should receive a confirmation message and then you will not receive further promotional text messages from us. Note that you may still receive transactional or required service messages unless you cancel those separately.

We may send you up to ten messages per month. Your mobile carrier may charge you for each message you receive or send. You are responsible for any such costs.
We may send:
Promotional messages (offers, discounts, new product alerts)
Informational messages (account status, shipping/tracking updates, service alerts, appointment reminders)
Support messages (customer service communications)
Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information. In particular:
We will not share your mobile number or opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share your mobile number and opt-in data with service providers, subcontractors or agents solely to support the SMS program (e.g., delivery, analytics, customer service).
Your data will be used only for the purposes described herein and in our Privacy Policy.
We comply with A2P 10DLC requirements, including:
Brand and campaign registration with the appropriate authority.
Obtaining explicit opt-in consent from you.
Providing clear opt-out instructions.
Adhering to applicable laws and industry best-practices (e.g., TCPA, Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles).
You agree that you will not:
Provide false or inaccurate mobile number or contact information.
Use the messaging service to send spam, abusive or unlawful content.
Opt in someone else’s mobile number without their authorization.
We strive to deliver messages in a timely and accurate manner, but we do not guarantee message delivery, message timing, or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense resulting from your participation in the SMS service, including message failures due to carrier issues, network issues, or your mobile device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the SMS service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the SMS service at any time (for example if you violate these Terms or applicable law). You may also opt out at any time as described in Section 3.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
